Pilots

Embark on an exciting career in the World’s Largest Seaplane Operator. As part of a multi-crew operation you will be responsible, to ensure a safe and efficient operation of the aircraft, providing a high standard of customer service. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Professional Pilot License (as applicable)
• Valid Class 1 Medical
• License, ratings and medical must be valid for at least 6 months from date of joining
• Maximum age: 65 years
• ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or above
• Passport valid for at least 1 year (Foreign Nationals)
• Must pass TMA assessment and interview

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

CAPTAINS- DIRECT ENTRY (Float Operations)

• Valid ICAO ATPL acceptable to Maldivian Civil Aviation Authority for validation
 OR a valid FCL CPL/IR or full ATPL
• Minimum Total Flight Experience:
  • 3000 hrs including at least 500 hrs on DHC-6; OR
  • 4000 hrs with no DHC-6 experience
• Minimum Total Float Experience:
  • 750 hrs including at least 500 hrs on DHC-6 floats; OR
  • 1500 hrs with no DHC-6 experience
• Minimum PIC experience of 500 hrs on aeroplanes
• Preference given to candidates with DHC-6 experience

FIRST OFFICERS (Float Operations)

• Valid Maldivian FCL CPL with Multi-Engine Rating and SE-IR or ME-IR with ATPL theory credit
  OR
• Valid ICAO/FAA CPL with Multi-Engine Rating and SE-IR or ME-IR with ATPL theory credit compliant with Maldivian Part-FCL
• Minimum 70 hrs PIC
• 5 hrs night flying
• 20 hrs cross-country as PIC, including one VFR cross-country of at least 540 km (300 NM)
• Preference given to candidates with Float / DHC-6 experience
• GCE Ordinary Level (or equivalent): minimum 6 passes, with 3 credits including English Language
